Visiting Our Office
Our Sydney office is located in the historic Rocks precinct, within walking distance of Circular Quay station. The building dates from 1891 and originally served as a shipping company headquarters—a fitting home for an organisation dedicated to tracing the movement of people across time.
While we primarily conduct our services at heritage sites and archives across Australia, visitors are welcome at our office by appointment. We maintain a small reference library and collection of historical maps that may be of interest to researchers.

Tour Meeting Points
Each of our Heritage Walking Tours begins at a designated meeting point in the relevant city. Upon booking confirmation, you will receive detailed instructions including maps, public transport advice, and accessible route information. Most tours begin near major public transport hubs for convenience.
Research Consultations
For genealogical and archival research projects, initial consultations can be conducted by video call, allowing us to serve clients throughout Australia and internationally. We maintain relationships with archives in every Australian state and territory, and can coordinate research across multiple jurisdictions.
